paypal wont let me add a new bank after 180 days

I have an account 180 over days old telling me my account is eligible to withdraw and I went on there and tried adding a bank account but the page keeps going blank.. and its a female stealth so I cant really call them to fix it so I was wondering if anyone knew a way around it. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried with another browser?

Anyway, you will probably have to send ID confirmation to PayPal to withdrawn your funds.

I am using chrome and have attempted to save cookies for 5 days but still receiving the same error message.

in the resolution centre is there a big X next to 'add bank account' under things you CANNOT do?

If so, that means you have to call in and will most likely be asked to provide ID before they will remove the block.

At this point, it's already a suspended account. You might as well call, even if you don't sound like a woman. There's nothing to lose and eventually a rep may take pity on you.

Paypal employees can't discriminate against your voice. Just tell them you're "pre-op" and they won't pursue it further.
