Hello, if i buy from aspkin store, US ebay account but i see there every account is 0 feedback but account wont sell even if 1000 limit, for the begininh i can to buy auction cheap items for get some feedback but to what address ill buy them?

take a loss... send them to whatever address is made for your stealth account.... buy 5 dollar items for 5 feedback... and so on...

Sell cheap non-branded goods to start off with. Provide a good service and you'll have a bunch of feedback in no time.

No one mentioned fiverr, you need to actually sell stuff.

If i an israel citizen then, US ebay account wont help me, because in future ebay will require tax id, then how israels make 10 or more account, i dont think they really open 10 or more bank accounts...

Open multiple accounts and spread your sales across them to avoid having to deal with the tax ID issue.
And youll be surprised how many bank accounts one can open. I myself rotate between 35 accounts and they each have their own bank account. Of course for you it will more than likely be more difficult since you cannot just open US bank accounts whenever you wish -living in Israel. This means youll need to figure out a solid method to cashout the various accounts. Its not simple but definitely not impossible.
