Default New Withdrawal Emails??

This threw me off guard. Usually the email that I receive when withdrawing is titled "We are transferring money to your bank account" or whatever, but today I received this email. The subject is "Your Transfer Request Is Processing" or something to that effect. And it is a completely different email than normal. Has anyone else received this?

Yes I received this as well and on some accounts they've changed the format of the withdrawal page as well.
Probably nothing more than yet another cosmetic change.

Its a new design, but did you notice that it said withdraws processed before 7PM are typically available the next business day? I got one too and its on a stealth account I made today.

I really don't think anything has changed with their processing time though...because it says "all withdrawals subject to review and may be delayed". Which means if they used to take 24 hours from pending to completed, they probably still will. Anyone who had "instant" (30 minute from pending to complete) withdrawal will probably still get that. I made withdrawals from two different accounts today so we will see what happens....both accounts ALWAYS take 24 hours from pending to completed.

I know PayPal for a little while was experimenting with Next Day Fund Deposits, might be doing it again.

Just as I thought, still going to be 24 hours from pending to complete. Both withdrawals I made from separate accounts are still pending. Nothing new, other than email layout. Oh well.

Nope...if it has been taking 24 hours to go from pending to completed, it will still take 24 hours. It falls under their "all withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed".

All I know is something changed and after 3 months of next day ACH credits it's taking 24-48 hrs. PP spoils you and then take it away. Not surprised!

I noticed that too..

Keyword: Request

So now we're "requesting"

I found it funny.

Later PayPal will just say.. "We're considering your request to withdraw funds"

... CONSIDERING...

Than later ... "We're reviewing your request to withdraw funds"

... REVIEWING ...

Etc. PayPal is ballsy.
