Hi guys,
What is the best countries to open a paypal account and withdraw money with a vcc without problem?
I have many business in many countries, and I can't open a credit card or a bank account in each country for withdraw.

Our country is good. We, and few others, can withdraw to CC in addition to bank account.

Moreover, reading this forum since a few years now, I can say that IT eBay and PayPal are quite "mellow" compared to other countries.

raymantwo, withdrawing to vcc (Virtual Credit Card) can be done in particular circustamces... vccs sold in the marketplace will not help you for that.
