Paypal limited me because of linked account which is not mine

Hello,

I read several threads about this problem, but I'm posting this because I really don't know what to do.

My account in paypal was limited, because somehow an account with my name initials has been linked to my account and the linked account now has negative balance like $250. I talked with the support of paypal and explain them that I didn't make this account who is linked to mine and I don't know anything about it. They told me, they will send my case to fraud department and since then passed 2 months and nothing... In my bank account I got those $250 freezed and can't do anything with them...

Call PayPal over and over and over again, try to escalate it to a manager. Eventually you will get someone that will help you out. Do not wait for them to fix the problem, they will not do it without being bugged by you.

you may be in a victim of fraud & identity theft. always a real person can provide verification data such as ( SSN- security Questions of public records - documents). good luck!

welcome to the forums - rough to hear about your case. Is your paypal .com based? Did you use stealth info or real info? Are you using someone else's info...?
