All payments going under 24 hour holds

Hello. I have been exchancing crypto currency quite a bit yesterday and I believe I've been sending high amounts ($50-$100) in a few payments and this might have triggered Paypal. Now every payment that I send is going under review.

What do I do now? Will it go away if I just let my account be without sending any payments for a few days?

Usually things like this go away after a week or 2

This has been happening to me randomly in the past 2 weeks as well. Even payments through known websites get held for 24 hours but they do get released right on the dot. ��
