Hello, could anyone point me towards a seller who sells PayPal only accounts. I do not use eBay so those ebay+PayPal accounts are a waste. Accounts with the 21 day holds removed are a major plus too. I have tried looking around in the marketplace section but unfortunately, haven't been to find one that suits my needs or maybe I might have skipped some.

I'm sure those sellers could sell you the pp only - as for the 21 day holds...keep in mind EVEN IF REMOVED...they can be returned at any time so don't hold your breath hoping for scott-free transactions...

First, if you haven't found anyone on the forum to sell you what you need....it would pointless to ask since those sellers are the only ones verified to sell accounts.
