PayPal Sales Threshold?

Just finished reading the stealth guide yesterday, and I have complied a TON of questions I am trying to get answered, before I create my first account...

Regarding PayPal sales threshold...

Is it still 200 items/$20,000 in sales within one year? So if you are under that, then you don't have to provide SSN for taxes, correct?

PayPal won't send IRS 1099 until threshold is exceeded, correct?

Threshold still resets January 1st every year?

200 items/20k but pp will reach out to you before you get to that threshold... No 1099 unless you pass threshold.
