Paypal limited me again

My first pp lasted for more than a year, then just because i added a new email add on my account, they limited my pp and said they can't do business with me anymore and look for another payment processor.

what i did was i called paypal and asked them to remove my cc details. so they did, unfortunately my bank account details are still stuck.

now i opened a new pp account, and was able to verify, I sold something on ebay and they limited my account again :( what should i do? i got $180 balance in it. they found out that my new account is related with the banned pp account

Never heard of a limitation for simply adding an email, was this email linked to a banned ebay/pp?
Are you saying that the second pp acc you used any of the same info as on previous paypal? name, address ,bank account, card?

yes, I used the same info, used the same cc to verify and added a different bank account number which belongs to me.. what should I do now?, I want to have a paypal again because most of people have it. moneybookers sucks

You have to use all new info..... That money is stuck in there for 180 days...

How am I gonna use all new info?, are you telling me I should use a new info of cc to verify? (It will be hard to open a new bank account + cc using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info)... and also when time comes and pp asks for ID and other verification stuffs, where am i gonna get those stuffs?

no you never use false info to open a bank account. Use your real info, paypal cannot see your name, they just send you 2 deposits to make sure you control the bank account, get a virtual credit card and load it using real info then change address details to match the paypal you are using.

If ID is needed well you can use your imagination, it can be made or use a real name of a family member so you can use their real id.

Start again using all new info and read the forums first or you will mess up the next one too.

when i say new i didnt mean f a k e ... i literally meant new... You cant use anything from an old account to another account, you will always get linked this way

Virtual CC are not available in my country.. and also my 2 unique bank accounts were stuck on 2 different pp accounts... all i can ask to be removed from the latest limited account is my cc details..does that mean i should open a new bank account?

keep the bank accounts on your limited pp, you will need it to withdraw your money, possibly at the 180 day point, unless you require a cheque to go to your address. No point removing them, because you cannot reuse them on a different pp anyway.

open a new bank account for your new pp acc, as for vcc, you have a problem then, only option is for you to use someones elses real details and card or take the risk and make new ebay/pp acc in another name and same address, so you can use the avs on your real new card, it may link you, but at the same time if all other details are different eg name , dob, then you could have a new occupant at your house, right?

I went to his website..and I think anyone can do something like that..but my main question is, is he really legit? I haven't tried a vcc before when pp ask again about the full number vcc what will i do? i think each vcc last for 24 hours only

Yes he is legit, I have used his cards without any problems. Once you add the card to your account it will always remain on your account. The only way Ebay or Paypal would know the balance is zero is if you tried to use it to pay for something. I'm not really sure what you're asking about the full nunber? But when you buy one of his cards his emails you all the info you need.

whenever i call pp, they always ask for the last 4 digits of the bank account and sometimes the details of cc and etc...
