PayPal - unathorised payment

I guy bought an item from me on eBay yesterday. A few hours later he messaged saying dispatch item.

I replied to him with tracking number and told him item was shipped.

Today he opens a paypal dispute for unauthorised payment.

Ive added a note to the dispute informing them that Ive already posted item to the confirmed PayPal address.

Is there any other steps I should take? Am I likely to win the case?

Is there anyway that you can have the parcel returned to you? This way he cannot get it? I know there is an option to do that in the states.

Not with Royal Mail once its gone its gone.

Even though I've given paypal the tracking reference and I'll upload the receipt of postage it's always hit and miss with PP as to what they wish to do.

I can only imagine I'm one of many that this guy is trying to scam.

Funny thing is he only lives a mile away - he mustve thought when purchasing from the stealth account there's no way someone would turn up to my door
