Hello, I'm a Portuguese resseler, and i have two PP accounts bwith problems. I need to get my sales working again, i read the Stealth Book in the last few days and inhave some questions. I work with a lil sharky products, because of values and because of scammers, in many cases are higher than 700€. One of my account gets down because of a scammer.
First of all, my doubt is, i get an Iphone, tried to change IP and worked. Is the phone now stealth? Or need to clean cookies?
Is theres any VBA that work in Portugal? I ask because, i dont want to use any of my data in PP.
To withdraw the money, i could use some VCC service?
I was looking to buy an PP account too, the easy way... But dont find any seller that sells to my country. I can use for example an UK PP account, to sell in my country?

I know is many doubts, but i have a good business, and don't want to screw up because of PP, is the only way ibhave to send and receive money.

"Sharky" as in f@ke items? or just expensive items?

You need to give us more information, are you using the ebay/PP apps with this phone?

Don't think there are VBA for Portugal but you can always ask the sellers on the forum.

I don't think there are VCC withdrawal for Portugal but you can also ask sellers in the marketplace for help.

No, sharky because of prices, price tange between 300 and 1000€.
Never used PP apps, always do the logins and transactions by the browser.
Probably don't exist, i tried my luck with some sellers yet. But i can register my account with a VBA from US? In PP, they say that i can withdraw money to a US account.

That's good, best to use the browser...you can also use the phone to tether to a tablet or PC as well.

You should look at all your options really, for the US, your going to need a US Bank Account to withdraw the funds, sometimes there are better options for Non-US sellers.
