Paypal Limited. How do I get my money back?

It looks like I got limited with 500 dollars limit on receiving money. It was supposed to be 1000 dollar limit. Oh well.

So Paypal is asking for documents like proof of address, what the items that I sold is for, tracking number. But they are asking a photo id which is the real problem.

I dont know how I am going to attach a photo id because I have a name that is totally different from my real one (its a female name too).

I have my vcc card attached and no bank account. If I want to get my money back, do I have to attach a bank account? Even though there is no way to restore this account?

Hello dear friend.

1. If you got limited, and u can't restored account you need wait 45 or 180 days it all depends on when the paypal will send email about funds withdrawal

2. For withdraw funds paypal ask send documents to
but if you can add a bank is add now if paypal still allowed.

If you cannot send the documents you have to wait and wait... and then wait some more. Sometimes for 6 months until you can access your funds. In my experience, once your funds are available you will only be able to transfer to your bank account. You cannot send money to another paypal account.

It stinks... we have all been there :(

Either give PayPal what they want or be prepared to wait.. it's how it goes. :(
