Need some help
Hey guys, I have an issue. I use business accounts. When I receive payments, they are of course held, however, it says "to release payments instantly on future payments, we must confirm your phone number on your account". I chose either option, call or text, and of course now, I get "we couldn't verify this number. Please chose a different number or try again". I use Virgin prepaid phones and GV #'s. Either does not work. I used to be able to confirm with these two all the time. This is on 4 straight accounts. I even called them, and of course they had no idea what to do or what the issue was.
