 Paypal: "On Hold" vs "Pending"
Paypal's 21 day hold type thing used to have my funds showing up as "pending"....now I notice they show up as "on hold"in deep red writing... was this changed across the board by pp for clarification, so people knew the release of funds was based on an upcoming action, or is it possible my other account has different circumstances where the status of these "on hold" funds is actually different than my earlier "pending" money..?
