Last question before I move on --- SSN

I know Paypal asks for SSN and then check SSN and the name you used. What if I know a SSN and name, and I am quite sure the SSN hasn't been used on paypal, can I just use this name for my paypal. When that SSN question jumps out, I can just use that SSN???

Do you have a us account but selling in hk?
you can give that person bad credit if you use their ssn and then have disputes that you cant resolve - just use that guy's info from life lock - every one else and their momma has used it

Metroline, although that's probably possible, its not right to do that to someone when you could possibly risk hurting their credit.
