Verification codes

Is there a way to change the phone number on an account? They are asking for me to confirm identity by sending me a code through text or phone because I logged in from another computer? The number on the account is not mine. Someone please help. Thanks.

For the benefit of the forum, do you mind explain how? Someone might have the same issue right now.

When it asks to confirm, click ok and on next screen before you actually click ok to actually send the txt.... click cancel. It then lets you into your account.

Goto your account settings and change the phone number.
Get your confirmation codes and you are good to go.

The same happened to me a few months ago on a few of my accounts just randomly so I clicked about and that way worked for me everytime, even last night.

Ideally now the big secret is out (lol) this thread should go in the subscribers area..... so lets move out people
