Create PayPal stealth account help ?

Okay, PayPal closed my main PayPal account for security reasons . So It's time for me to create a stealth PayPal account and put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, New bank account, new Privacy card, new phone number and new IP address and I was wondering can I put my real name on PayPal account ? Would PayPal gonna find out that I use my real name ? I don't want to put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name because whenever i get limited and PayPal asked me for photo id so I can upload my passport or is it bad idea? oor

I need to have a PayPal account bad because I'm going to sell my items on eBay.

So long as everything else is totally different then the same name is fine

Your not going to be able to reuse your DOB though as the name and the DOB would be enough to get you linked.

To expand on what James said, you shouldn't be reusing the same passport again and again
