Anonymous IBAN bank accounts?

I came accros a post on Bitcoin.com for someone selling annonymous IBAN accounts with debit cards, apparently they are from a polish bank and are perfectly fine to use wprdwide and can be linked to paypal for verification. There seems to be quite a few people selling them.

Anybody got any experience using these? Seems a bit dodgy to me....

Polish cards dont work anymore last time I checked, also I believe a lot of people lost money on blocked cards.

There are better ways to withdraw your PP money

Such as what (assuming that you're not able to get a real bank account)?

We live in a lucky country where withdraw to CC is possible. Will this not work for you?

They are banned. Add it and get an instant limitation in 100% cases. Better look at PayPals in countries that allow withdrawals into VCCs.

It does and I'm currently doing that, it's just not the best method I've found.

Even a non-citizen, I got two Italian eBay/PayPal accounts going.

Maybe it is your method?

You could link a UK eBay with an EU PayPal and do it yes.

You cannot withdraw from a EU PayPal to a VCC though

Indeed, either that or the quantity of money we're talking about. In any case I haven't found the perfect solution yet.
