Need your help

Hi.

I need your help. I want to sell expensive used item and the buyer wants to pay me directly via paypal not to buy from my ebay shop.

But I have a feeling that he might try to claim back his money once he gets the item by saying he didn't received the item or item is counterfeit. I would ship with tracked delivery but there is no way I could prove the authenticity (it is an used item and I have to receipt or any docs).

So in such situation PayPal would leave me in a big loss - without money and without the item?

As stated in your other thread, you would be protected by Paypal. Ebay and Paypal policies are identical in regards to seller protection.

As long as the buyer receives the exact item you've described, then no return = no refund.
