New question regarding my bank acct being removed

Here is what happened yesterday - my 2 deposits were returned to paypal saying acct closed. yesterday my bank assured me its open. blah blah blah
i reentered info, had to confirm my bank info . my bank rejected the deposits.
Today my bank tells me i need a dba, due to new banking regulations for ach deposits, blah blah blah.. they DID return my DEPOSITS to paypal..
ok, should I go get a dba from tax office ? ( my bank has my name, my paypal has stealth name i purchased etc )

OR, since i have had few return deposits, should i "change my address" with paypal so i can get debit card?

the paypal business is in my brothers name, i can get a card sent to him.
I have had my paypal acct since june. I just dont wanna be red flagged, or have paypal "search" and "review" and see any hiccups , etc

Sounds like a bank that has issues with deposits being made from mismatching names.
Why not simply go and open a bank account with another bank that wont give you any of the hassle this bank is?
