Paypal blocked - do i get my money ?

The problem is that I did earn to much on ebay.
I did provide all the right documents but they decided to block my ebay and paypal account forever because I am too much risk for them.

I have still 541,83 EUR in my paypal.
Will i get the money or is it gone forever?

I did see that they can hold it for 180 days. The last payment to me was 25th August.

If you send all documents, and they was accepted, but on a limitation screan you see something like "this appeal can not be denied", than you will need to wait 180 days :/ After that time you will receive email that you can withdraw funds. Your account will still be limited only the option to withdraw will be unlocked. You will be able to add CC or bank account - whatever goes for your country - and withdraw then. If documents you sent are not accepted yet, than they can ask for them once again before processing withdraw.

Been there 2 times already. Not funny at all :/
