merchant account mismatch bank name

When I apply for a merchant account, can I give them my real information, but the bank account name is actually my partner's: which means, all the information we upload to the account are all real, however the bank name will be mismatch the real bank name, will that be ok the same as PayPal?

It depends on the bank. Ask them if they allow name mismatch

I would definitely talk it over with the bank since you'll be receiving A LOT more mismatched ACH deposits.
