how to request final value of a return request when payment has been done by merchant

Have anyone done this, to request final value fee from a return request but the money has paid by merchant account?

Usually you will go to the return request, click send refund and close the return.

Final value fee will be credit back to you automatically.

But what about the payment has been done by merchant account?

Correct. Payment refunded from merchant account where it's received from.

The way I see it is if your eb is tied to the merchant account, it would be smooth otherwise I figure you are going to have to ask your buyer to cancel the transaction after you do the refund to get the FVF
