Bank withdrawal, phone not registered in your name

Hey Guys need advice on what should i do to resolve the phone not registered in your name error when i try to transfer funds to my bank account i added a new google voice number about 2 weeks ago and did a paypal security code request thru paypal everytime i log into my account but when i try to transfer funds it doesn't even have my new number showing and then gives me the error message and steps or advice would be a blessing

wait 2 weeks then try again. You wouldn't see that verification again once you waited it out for 2 weeks or so.
