Default This is getting OLD...

I cant just keep going around opening new bank accounts... its getting ridiculous...

just opened this new ebay and PP account about 9 weeks ago... and I get a buyer dispute bc a guy from China doesnt know how to use a gift card , and is putting in the wrong number when he tries to buy online, so he wants a refund , PP takes my money putting me 400 bucks in the red, and I offer him a full refund if he sends me the card back , well by the time I could get through typing a response , I had been limited. Once again...

They want SS# verification (cannot do), Landline # verification (cannot do) , Im about ready to give it up... I have opened and closed six bank accounts in the past few years, three this year. What about these PP accounts that are for sale? has anyone ever bought one and is it legit? I really dont want to go through the hassle of making new accounts. I have ONE bank left where I can open an account, that I have never used. But Im out of addresses, no more family , friends that I could use their address as a residence. This is just BS.

You could always try selling less risky items...

$400 gc to China is just a bit of a red flag.

^^^foster is correct. On the next round, see if you can NOT ship to China
or other countries that will have language problems until the account is
well established.

Also here's a thread about banks that are working:
http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...l-account.html

BoA is fine for multiple accounts. There is also a means to end list in the subscribers area where banks are listed. That will, hopefully, give you more info.

Stay local for shipments, use WaMu and or BoA for accounts. 6 accounts in the past few years isnt a lot.

Just hang in there and try not to let it get to you. 6 accounts aint that bad, most people have that many actively selling at one time or as back up accounts. Some people at this forum probably went thru a hundred bank accounts. Most people burn thru alot more than six accounts in a few years so ur probably doing something right.

Theres other means of of cashing out paypal other then a bank account. I have not used a bank account to cash out paypal in quite sometime now. I fond out opening to many bank accounts looks bad on you and will cause problems when trying to open more down the line.

First off, it sounds like you are going around town opening these checking accounts. It is much easier if you do it online. There are still a lot of ones that work with paypal. To answer another one of your questions, yes I have purchased a few paypal accounts in the past and they still work today. Of course this was a few years ago, and who and how they are setup will greatly affect if the will work. On your limited account you will have to wait 180 days and then withdraw your money. Just keep trying different things to open a new paypal account, one of them will stick eventually.

Yeah, I realize that, but I cant seem to make it to the 90 days mark in order to get the PP debit card again! lol And then waiting weeks for a check it not a great alternative either.

I live around a college campus, so people around me are used to mail coming in other peoples names all the time (since students move so often to other apartments around campus). Even if I had to ask the current resident directly for any mail that could have come in my name (the stealth name), it wouldn't seem at all strange.

Doesn't ING Direct also let you instantly create multiple bank accounts online? That might be an option too. I have yet to try it myself though.
