So I am traveling in the UK this week and when I start up my virtual machines and kick on the VPN to access one of my accounts, I get the "page cannot be displayed" for PayPal.

However, if I go to PayPal just using my normal computer, no virtual machine, PayPal site loads just fine. I also noticed if I am in the virtual machine and I kill the VPN and just go to the site, it loads.

I've never had any issues using my accounts with my VPN's in the US. So why is it now that I am in the UK, I log into one of my virtual machines, kick on the VPN, PayPal will not load? Isn't that the whole point of vpn so it makes PayPal think I am logging in from the ip address and the area the ip address is from?

Any help here is appreciated as I'll be here for two weeks and need to access my accounts.

Did you get the vpn from an online source where you could contact them
and ask about use overseas?

Yeah, probably out of the area they service. Might have to wait until you get back state side.

Another updated. I tried two more virtual machines with vpn's from the same company as the one I am having issues with and they work. So the vpn's are good, just seems to be some kind of connection issue with the one. Not sure where to look in the settings or network that would prevent PP from loading. Other sites load, and if I do an ip address check, the right ip address shows up.

The account is fine, valid, and nothing out of the sort.
