Another updated. I tried two more virtual machines with VPN's from the same company as the one I am having issues with and they work. So the VPN's are good, just seems to be some kind of connection issue with the one. Not sure where to look in the settings or network that would prevent PP from loading. Other sites load, and if I do an ip address check, the right ip address shows up.
The account is fine, valid, and nothing out of the sort.
