had a customer tell me he cant send me money.

"the paypal isnt working, saying i cant process a
transaction at this time and to call ifproblem persists."

like what the ****. made the account a month ago (business) started to use it a few days ago.

got $250, $50 fine... now he is trying to send me $280 but he cant...

jesus. its vertified to.

no idea what the issue can be

maybe the problem is on his part. I have the same problem, I can't send payments with the same error

Almost always the buyer is using a new device or is a brand new account or a value not similar to past purchases.

Make sure PP has your SSN that will be the problem if they don't
