Default Question about limit increases

I have three 5/500 accounts that have not increased in limits naturally the past 2 months after maxing them out on both number of items and dollar amount. This is not typical for these types of accounts, which usually get bumped after the first month of maxing them out. Should I just wait longer for them to increase, or should I try calling in?

My other question is about calling in: I have only tried calling in for limit increases a couple of times. It was on accounts that were stuck on selling limit of 20 per month. Each time the ebay rep resorted to asking me public database questions. Am I doing something wrong or am I just having bad luck? Reading around the forums, it seems like many people are having success calling in. However, I've been stonewalled by these database questions each time I try. Any advice?
