 Limited PayPal. How do i pay eBay fees?
Hello. I have a legit eBay and PayPal account, not stealth. I had a problem with a chinese website. I bought a lot of items last year from them, more than 3000 items, and about 20-30 items never arrived to my customers. I opened cases on PayPal asking the seller to provide me the tracking info. No answer from him. Then i escalate these cases to PayPal. I didnt open all cases one shot. The number of 20-30 cases is in one year. PayPal always decided in my favor but now i received an email from them saying that my account is limited and i cannot send or receive funds. I can withdraw though fine. Ebay account is not limited or restricted. But if you try anyone to buy from me, will received a message "Seller does not accept payments at the moment"
The issue is:
1) How do i pay eBay fees because my PayPal is linked to my eBay.
2) Can i unlink the PayPal i have to my eBay and link my other one?
3) Can i remove the limited PayPal from my listings, and put the new one so i can receive payments fine?
