[HELP] Getting Money Out of a Stealth PayPal?

Hi everyone!

I apologize for my first post being asking for help, but I am quite desperate at the moment. I live in the Philippines. I used to sell on eBay and list for a ton of other people for a cheap rate, but eBay has indefinitely restricted my account because of the volume of sales. I'm trying to appeal my restriction but we all know that it's not gonna happen.

I want to buy a stealth eBay/Paypal package but my biggest problem is getting the money out of the stealth PayPal. I want to know my options. Here are the ones I am thinking of so far:

1) Virwox & Localbitcoins (a bit expensive and requires tons of verification)
2) Opening an HSBC US Savings account (complicated)
3) Payoneer's US Payment Service, but I heard it doesn't work for PayPal anymore :(

If anyone knows how I can get my US Paypal funds to my bank account in the Philippines in any way possible, please tell me, I would really appreciate it! TIA everyone.

You could use a Philippines PayPal with a US eBay potentially

Another option is to use a counties PayPal that lets you withdraw to VCC and then link that to US eBay

Well, yes. I have a debit card from Spectrocoin that I can use, but I think it's gonna be pretty expensive.

My Paypal is not limited yet so I guess it's an actual option. The only problem would be finding another IP to use :D

Do you think I can probably just link my new eBay to my old PayPal? eek

Okay, and my own PayPal has a rolling reserve of 25% now anyways, so it'd be better to just dump it unless my own eBay gets reinstated. Hahahaha
