PP wants documents but apparently its already been handed in?!

So I get an email that I need to verify.

Come home to upload whatever they are looking for and I have an empty inbox where its supposed to say what it said in the email and when I go to problem center apparently I have uploaded and no need to upload as they are "reviewing the documents" and will be back in 2 days?!?!?!

Anyone know what this is?!?!?!

I would give it a few days and see if you get unlimited

Did they tell you that you were limited by email? If so what did the email say?

The email said it appears that its linked with another paypal account that is under review. An old account that was limited. I dont a mistake and didnt change IP I guess...

Could it be that I got linked paying ebay fees with this paypal account and that the ebay account was linked to a "under review" account?

Do they backtrack that far or?!?

So Im pretty screwed.

Can you open a PP account (better stealth this time and no BS mistakes), not add a CC card but purchase all the money you get into it instead of withdrawing without getting in trouble?

OK so by the sounds of it they are not asking for any documents which is why you are not going to see a request for them

Adding a card and a bank account to a PayPal always makes the PayPal much stronger.

While you can skip adding either a bank account or a card it does increase the risk of not being able to send money to other PayPal accounts / buy things and the risk of being limited also increases.

I would always use at the very least a VCC

But I had linked a bank account and card to that account?! Thats whats weird.
Im thinking maybe risk of link got higher because I paid my ebay fees and that ebay account was used together with another older PayPal that got limited?!

But I just don grasp it as I have not uploaded anything and yet its saying they will get back to me in 2 days when I enter problem centre...really confused

As James said above, they don't want documents, they have limited you because your accounts have been linked. They are not requiring documents, hence the reason the option is not there to upload them.

The account that is under review, did you add documents to that account? Are they same name and address?

I guess I blew it. Same address or phone number. Cant remember which...
Does this mean I wont see the money after 180 days?

Most likely both accounts will be closed to be honest. Let it play out and see what happens is probably the best bet.
