Angry Receiving "Internal Server Error" when I try to withdraw

Hello Everyone,

This morning, the funds from my very first eBay transaction finally cleared. However, whenever I try to transfer the funds from my PayPal account to my Visa card, I receive an "Internal Server Error" message at the top of my screen. I have tried on different browsers, and from several different computers. I try from classic site but it says "You cannot complete this transaction at this time."

i sent email to customer support i'm waiting reply

Is anyone else having this problem?

To protect all members of our online community and maintain the integrity and quality of our service, we have made a final decision to permanently limit your account. We’ve reviewed your PayPal account extensively and have determined there to be excessive risk involved. To minimize any disruption to your business, you can continue to log in to your account for the next 180 days to assist with closing down all activities associated with it.

Always risky to withdraw money from paypal! Better use it to buy something on ebay and you won't get limited. This tactics has worked for me before.

To OP : since you have a USA flag I will assume you ha e a USA paypal account, which means you can not withdraw to a debit card.

"internal server error' has many meanings. Basically 1 means u must withdraw in your local country, second is Paypal already know your account is fishy but don't want to make it look too bad.

You did it very wrong when tried different computers and browsers. "Internal Server Error" is a common error encountered right after you add your card to your PayPal account, and the card is issued in another country. To overcome this, you need:
1) add the card and continue using the account for several weeks like just regular user, and the error will disappear.
2) call to PP and say that you had to use Visa card from another company, because in your country it is not possible to get a Visa card, so you had to buy it from an internet company.

This is a silly thing to post. If he had a US account, there wouldn't even be the option to withdraw to card in the first place. So obviously he doesn't.

This problem usually goes away after a few days, you can call to Paypal and risk getting limited, or you can wait it out. Paypal like you to think that it's a glitch but it's actually a security measure, it applies mostly to new accounts, or accounts with little selling history.
