Default Is this a Paypal Red Flag?

I have a Paypal account I set up 4 weeks ago.
I used a stealth name that 'could' be my real name pretty easy.
I had a real bank account Citibank and verified with bank micro deposits
I used the account Citibank MasterCard Debit card as a credit card as well.
I had a close down my Citibank account because Citibank did not like my Stealth Address - I switched to BofA who did not care one bit about my Stealth address.
Now this Paypal account has no account attached that "Works"
So I know I am unable to take money out of that Paypal account.
This account is attached to low eBay account right now 10/$1000
I am will probably sell about 800-1000/month until I need to raise my limits on it
As I was think about opening up another Paypal Account with my new BofA account.
So with that said I transfer money our of this account or use it make Paypal purchases. Am I safe with Paypal to keep doing this with this account? and keep my old closed Citibank bank account on it not adding a new working account.
I am hoping it will be a good to "fly under the radar" with.....

You can generally add/remove banks and card without a problem.

For Sure that is easy to do - but I want to keep this Paypal account with NO bank account attached to for now and just spend the balances on Paypal goods and transfers to to my other paypal accounts.
It's going to be a very low volume account less than 12K per year

Transferring money between paypal accounts will certainly link your accounts and lead to possible limitations.

Keeping money in that paypal with no bank account added isint the best move as you could possibly lose that money for 180 days.

Personally I think it's best to make regular withdrawls to a bank account for that exact reason.

You can probably be fine if you aged it. Just don't cross over limits or you will be asked for docs.
