adding bank info

hey guys
when adding bank info to pay pal stealth in order to withdrawal money is it necessary to confirm the bank account with the micro deposits or we can just add the bank info in pay pal and try to withdrawal without the micro deposits?
also does chase still accepts the mismatching name withdrawals ?

You technically can withdraw before confirming, but it's a good idea to just be patient and wait for the micro deposits. There's always a chance you typed the account number wrong, or any other sort of delay may happen, so the micro deposits can also act as a test to make sure that withdrawals will work fine.

Chase does work with mismatched name deposits.
