Default How do I win this dispute?

Hey guys and first a happy new year!
So I have added some $$ to a wallet at an online site. I paid through a payment processor with paypal(i give them the money, they give it to the site and site gives me the money in my site wallet).
The amont is $240. I paid it through paypal but I haven't received my funds on the site. So I opened a dispute and they answered saying that they provide screenshots that the transaction went all good and etc. But they said this in the first part now I escalated it to a paypal claim. How can I win it now?
BTW: If they won't answer the 10 day time, but they still answered before escalating to a claim, will I automatically win the case?
And aswell even if it was escalated to a claim it still says "Being reviewed by PayPal" since like 8 hrs, I know that usually it takes 5 mins in that process.
PS: I don't afford to loose that amount of money

i dont think paypal will let the website win with just screenshots.
Paypal will need tracking numbers which they wont have.

if your claim says 'being reviewed by paypal' then it can take up to 30 days for them to complete the case in your favour or the sellers favour.

The idea of 'being reviewed by paypal' was that it takes 5 minutes then it changes it's status to "Awaiting for other party response".
I've mentioned in the dispute that it's a digital good tho.
PS: I really appreciate your answer because i'm pretty desperate about this..

after you esculate it to a claim the other party can no longer respond, and now its paypal who will look at it.

Which can take up to 30 days.

This would mean that seller can't defend thieirselves.
The seller answered before escalating to a claim. what should I do to win it?

Ok so unfortunately I lost the case.
Would it be a idea to call them and tell them that I lied about being a digital good so they can't provide a tracking id, and now to reopen again and asking for tracking id? If this is not a good idea, what should I do???

Why did you not tell them the truth from the start out of question?

significantly not as described is a SNAD

so people sometimes do not receive something INR but then they end up receiving it late and it is not as described. 2 different types of dispute...........

because you already said it was digital though....I think it is less likely to win, partly also because you cannot return it.

you can try it though....

btw, this wallet site - is it a reputable one? why do you think they took your paypal transfer and did not credit your wallet? or are you saying the payment processor did not pass it on? there seems to be more to this story than you are saying.....?

The site is very trusted.
i don't think now I can reopen the case and ask them to open a claim about physical good SNAD..
I've talked today to customer support and the lady said something like if I lie about being a digital or physical good I can loose the dispute.
So what should I do?
From what I understood they will ask for more evidence if I want to appeal the case. would be screenshots of wallet $0 and transaction not appearing on the site with the wallet? What should I do next? Should I try to call them that I lied about being a digital good because I wanted to scam them but actually it is a physical good and they haven't shipped it so I got scammed and to reopen the case as physical good not received? Would that be a good story? Please, I really need help

wtf? - are you for real!!!??? you think that is a good story??

is it a bitcoins site? does this site actually sell anything physical at all?

You told them it is digital already, all that you can do now is not say too much, you are trying to over-explain it, and just say it is physical goods and either re-open the INR or say you received and it is SNAD...what you need to decide is what you want to say the goods actually are....that depends on what this site sells............I do not think they will believe you if they look in to it properly, but if it is someone pushing buttons with a retard stick, then you might be lucky...

The site is selling CS:GO items man. ONLY digital goods it is selling. But the thing is!!
The one I made the payment to is a PAYMENT PROCESSOR. So the guys I paid to shouldn't give me anything they just transfer the money to the site but now I didnt receive them.

And about that story. I could tell them that before giving my info and trying my luck.

I talked to PP and asked them a "random" question and they said something like if I fill dispute for physical good and actually it is a digital good and they find out - I will loose the case.

I repeat. The money i send is TO A PAYMENT PROCESSOR..so this should help I guess

And another stupid idea would be just to call them and tell them to repoen it for INR/SNAD without telling them before it was a digital good?

It would also be a good idea, before opening a case to work it out with the site.

Opening a case can make them less likely to want to help you, and it's not like opening a case would be in your favour anyway.

If the site turns out to be untrustworthy, you should probably contact some type of trading standards agency, or fraud investigations team. But I wouldn't know about that...

* Okay I just read what type of site it is now, after I commented: Please stick to sites such as G2A, etc. when buying online codes etc.

yes I paid to G2A(with G2a PAY, Paypal as payment processor).
And they are well known for fraud, stolen games too so if you guys to a quick google search"g2a fraud" you will get surprised. Will telling PP to look for g2a scams online be an ideea too?

so you are cashing out using paypal, buying codes?

why would a payment processor do this? a reputable processor? are you sure the wallet site is saying they did not receive it and blaming the processor?

Well, G2A is a well known marketplace, are you sure the funds aren't delayed.
There is no way they would have intentionally scammed you.
