Any idea why limited paypals?

Hi everyone,

I have eBay and Paypal accounts and i m selling bussines equipments on ebay. I create new paypal and eBay accounts when i listed the item on eBay my paypal has limited. I tried again with another paypal accounts is limited again.
Paypal limited after payment received in 5 mins.
Please help me.

All accounts with new PC
All accounts is new IP and different country
First Item costs is usually 900-1200 USD
Account's age is 2 days or 5 days (I think this is wrong)
Listing Duration 3 days

How can you possibly think to sell a 900-1200 USD item on a 2 or 5 days old account?

Moreover, "bussines equipment" could fall in some high risk category too, right?

Brand new account selling items for those amounts.
Pretty clear why the accounts get limited.
They would most likely get limited even if you were selling low risk items cause youre not bothering to even create the most basic history for them. Ebay and paypal can see right through you.
