Default Asking for UTR or HMRC reference

Hi

I have just been asked for a HMRC reference number, I have £1,000 in the amazon account and they are now asking for more information, does this mean they will keep my money until they get this information? It is a legitimate account I just wanted advise..

Just send them the info them ask for..
Them can allow you to withdrawal up to 15,000 EUR or GBP until you finish the verify process or them can ask you before but anyway if not finish process money will release to you in 90 days.

I did say I have asked HMRC for the UTR number and i have to wait for that, are you saying it should be ok to still request money in the mean time?

Thanks

Yes, account can work normally and you can ask money normally till you finish the 15,000 EUR limit.
When finish the verify process there will no be any withdrawal limits..

Booras is correct - request the withdrawal, if you're lucky might be instant.
