In 2010 my ebay account was suspended indefinitely
But my paypal account was not permanently limited
My paypal account still works well and has no limits

Could I create a new ebay account to sell using my old paypal account?
I know it's not a good choice
But I say it because 7 years ago my eBay account was suspended


I have several stealth accounts that all work fine

It could work for a very limited period of time but then you'll get suspended again. I do not know if this test is going to put your good PayPal account in danger. Let other members chime in.

General rule in these cases is to have brand new combos of eBay/PayPal account as you are already doing with other accounts.
