You should make sure you have a working phone before you start using the new account.
If you have no phone number on the account at present, you could have problems still. | Yes, that's correct that's my account but that account was not limited. The problem was transferring money to other account. I was able to transfer money out of that account and all I did is waiting for 1-2 days and then tried to transfer money and it worked. I will update that thread how my problem was solved.
I am new to European accounts and now I am learning step by step how to transfer money out of European accounts. I learnt this by Australian account from which I tried to transfer money again and again in just 1 hour and Australian account was limited and my US$500+ was stuck.
I have around 15+ Paypal accounts of different countries. Normally Non-European accounts don't have much restrictions and I am using Malaysian/Indonesian accounts since 5+ years without any trouble.
As stated earlier I am new to European accounts so I am having some difficulty.
So finally my Australian account was limited after repeated tries to transfer money to other account in just 1 hour and after I contacted them by internal Paypal message center, I was told that my account is permanently limited.
But I read that many people called Paypal and convinced them to lift limited and it worked.
Any good service to get phone number to call Australian Paypal support?
