''We couldn't complete your in-store purchase..' e-mail
A few days ago at a local store that accepts ppal at the pos for a 50$ store branded giftcard and a few low dollar items. Failed code: 'please use a different payment method'. Figured it had to be the giftcard. Put the giftcard back and tried the purchase on a different pos for the other items, payment succeeds.
Got a notification from ppl regarding the failed transaction to contact ppal & their 'may be' an issue with my account.
Most likely an attempt to help me verify the purchase for the giftcard because the second transaction was successful. My question is did i just flag my account?
