New Account?

I previously only dealt with BTC so my knowledge of paypal is severely limited and that's why I am here.
My question is how can I create a new account and be able to receive/send funds without needing to do CC verification?

Easiest route would be to buy a pre-made Paypal account from the marketplace here, which will come with a VCC already attached.

I can't do that. Is it possible to have a new account send/receive money without using a VCC (I only need to load like $5 on it and then I'll buy a VCC)

It's possible, but the account would be weak without at least a VCC attached.

Why can't you use a VCC? They're super cheap and go a long way to strengthen your account.

Its possible but it would be a very weak account.

Chances are you would get hit with some sort of limitation when you started getting any sort of large payments.

If I receive for example a $100 on a freshly made account and used some of it to get a VCC and verify it that way would it be secure?

$100 into an unverified unconfirmed account. You will get 21 day holds on that and you may also get the account limited.

You are best off making an account and then verifying it with a bank account before taking money into it

I guess I will use BTC to buy a VCC and then create a new account and verify it that way.
Is there a guide for making stealth accounts?

You can verify a UK PayPal account with a bank account only.
