The problem I have right now is that I added a mobile and local number from sipgate and the very beginning of making the account. But because I was doing my own thing before finding this forum I made a new email address. I was silly and added the local number from sipgate but i cannot remember the login for the account which i setup for it.
Even though i put both my mobike and local number, PayPal are saying they want to do a verification call due to suspicious activity which is wierd because i'm using the same ip and never logged into another account and my pc.
They give me an option to send id but i keeo getting directed to a phone verification to send a text and call to the local landline number. This is confusing me becasue how can they send a text to the landline number and why will thye not let me choose my mobile or send in my id?
