Alternative PP for ebay account

My PP was dead and I want to use another PP account for my ebay. Do I have to change the IP address and browser and so on?

Yes, and then wait for Paypal to link your accounts by your eBay account ID # and limit the new account as well.

Alternatively you can look into merchant accounts and cut Paypal out the picture. I recently did this on my biggest account and so far it's been an amazing experience.

You can change PP accounts, it may not last long though
