First Listing Question

I've finally managed to establish my stealth account, verified paypal, lifted limits and so on. Everything was good, I've started listing my 1st item.
A car part around 200-250 euros not a very famous brand so I guess it's not a high risk item, probably the price is the only flag.
Now my account is not suspended yet but my listing isn't live either, so I guess my account has been flagged and it's awaiting manual review.
What should I expect from now on? And what exactly will they want from me? A tooth, a finger sent by mail to prove my identity or show them how I've made the car part ( as I've been asked on etsy for some products ) ?
Sorry if I sound bitter, I didn't expect my journey to be put on hold so soon I just want to prepare for the next step.

Listings could takes several hours to show up that is not a problem but... 200-250 euros item in "car part" category is not something to do on a brand new account.

Also lifting limits is something worth wait to do do... act as a noobie with a brand new account don't look like a pro seller.

ilcarletto, what do you advise to do in my current situation? Just wait or try to remove the listing? I guess it would even raise another flag if I removed it since the account will still go a manual review.

hopefully it'll be ok. anyways I must establish a new account as the rule seems to be having more accounts than ebay can block

I wouldn't touch it... leave it as it is.

Add some other non risky low value items. This is what I would do.

should I add it now or after I get the listing live?
