Locked out of Amazon - Cannot Get 1099 Form

I am hoping someone can help with my question. I have a couple stealth accounts and one personal account. I was suspended for my ODR on my personal account with real information. I just received my funds they held for 90 days not too long ago and tried to log back in recently to get my 1099 form.

Upon trying to log in, I was told that my password that I never ever changed was not the correct password. It looks like they locked me out and is now making like my account never existed. Is this legal for them to do this ? How am I suppose to get my 1099 form ? Doesn't Amazon know that sellers even if you suspend them still need their 1099 forms to file taxes for the work they put in for the year ?

Yes its legal for them to do that as you agreed to their terms when you signed up.

If they deleted your account you won't be able to get the funds or 1099 form.

You can still pay taxes without a 1099 form, just pay taxes on your profits minus expenses etc.

You will need an accountant if you need help with your taxes, its pretty straight forward.
