Angry suspended due to invalid credit card

hello

i had my account suspended due to invalid credit card. i updated my credit card but amazon still didn't reinstated it, is been 20 days now that my account has been suspended , i wrote seller perfomance but they never answer me. the new v=credit card that i up dated it's valid because the charge of $39.99 was made on it (amazon fee) but the still haven't reinstated my account

what can i do ?

help please

Keep trying to appeal, you can send them a message through seller support. Eventually they will say 1 of the 3 below:

1. You may sell on amazon again

2. You may not sell on amazon again

3. Your account is suspended pending review, requires you to upload utility bill and business license.

why are they going to said that , you may not sell again ? becuz i update my credit card as they asked me . i just feel like they ignoring me

If your system in place is clean and has not been detected for similar settings as another account it will allow you to continue selling

Just send the message through seller support and wait until you hear a response
