paypal says the phone isnt registered in my name...
just trying to remove my 21 day limit. says phone isnt registered in my name so i was going to call them from the phone that i have(verizon prepaid) and tell them that this is my phone and hope they fix it 123... but if they ask for my DL or birthdate, i cannot tell them it... so thats why im worried. i dont want to get my account shutdown. please advise. what questions will paypal ask if i call them about my number not matching my name.

Why would you not be able to tell them your DOB?
21 day holds are not something that a customer service rep on the phone would be able to remove for you. They can sometimes release funds a bit sooner on a case by case basis though so long as the tracking for the item shows up as delivered

because i put a random birthday when i made the account lol.
And no i have about 30 + sales on my account... about 5 months old. Paypal says "to remove 21 day limit for future orders, please confirm your identity"
and be a paypal good standing member for 90 days (COMPLETE) so i just need to confirm my identity....
so i click confirm identity but it says confirm a text message or cal by paypal... so i do that but then it says phone not registered to my name please update number....
thats why i mention why i want to confirm my number...

I suggest if you are that unsure that you wait on the 21 day hold. Also, people usually only get that message when they try changing the phone number right before trying to call into paypal for something, for example, releasing the 21 day hold. You should never try to change your phone numbers on ebay or paypal under those circumstances or you will get that message.

It doesn't matter what you do, its not going to work. Ive tried 100 times and even when I call, they do nothing. It doesn't matter if the birthdays don't match, they usually don't even pick up on that. You MIGHT get lucky and they will manually call you and remove it, but most of the time they will tell you theres nothing you an do except wait a few days and try again.
