Local Storage Unit Address

I already own an ebay/paypal stealth account around 8 months old and running well so far, only issue with them is the return address, I have no access to it.

I want to open a new ebay/paypal stealth account, I already have a fresh bank account ready to use. There are local storage units to rent for £15 a week near me, are these ok to use as the registered ebay and paypal address? Also ok to use as the return address?

I have a storage unit for returns. I don't use it as a registered address though.
Some storage places won't allow you to receive the mail straight to the unit, but most of them do. I actually have no idea how others handle returns with stealth accounts.

I use post office boxes - I have not heard of storage unit places (up here anyway) that accept mail...
