How long after creating a new Paypal account should you wait to transfer money in from another account to avoid limitations? I'm going to send some immediate payments for ebay and don't want any problems. I'm trying something new with this one, using whole new information. We'll see how it goes.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Don't. I just became "BLOCKED" today because I bought a few things (10 books for my calculus course) and wanted to pay through Paypal using the funds I had. Within 12 hours I was just "blocked" on Ebay. The weird thing is, I didn't get the suspension notice from Ebay but from Paypal!
That makes no sense. Why would Paypal block your payment, especially low priced stuff? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of Paypal? There must have been some other reason--cookies maybe? What exactly happened?

That means the 2 really goes hand in hand now.
what else did you do? new paypal? new ebay also? Just curious....why not use the old paypal and make a new email address primary deleting the old.
In my case, I'm setting up the extra paypal account with phony info so I can link the account and do immediate/paypal required payments. I'm sick of missing out on good buys without it. But I don't want the account associated with another since I'm linking.
